Abstract:
I was born in 1976 in Tarnow (southern Poland). Since my
childhood I have been interested in biology, especially
ornithology. I spent many months in field observing birds'
behaviour, biology and distribution. Over the years
nothing has changed... :). My first studies as a young
volunteer were done for Malopolska Ornithological Society.
Now, I'm researcher at the Institute of Zoology, Poznan
University of Life Sciences and Post-Doc at
the Institute
of Environmental Sciences, Jagiellonian University
and my interests have expanded into butterfly
ecology,
ground-dwelling ant behaviour and impact
of climate change on
plant-animal interactions.
